Singin' in the Rain always manages to put a smile on my face whenever I watch it. The songs remain fresh and brilliant as the first time I heard them. The dancing is top notch by the three actors. I just love the vibrant colors in an MGM musical and this film especially highlights that. If you boil down the plot though, it is pretty routine (like many musicals).
